January 2023 Numismatic Auction: coins, silver, sets, 1920s German paper currency & more

Our first monthly coin and paper money auction! Silver coins, legal tender coins and mint sets, inflation banknotes and 100+ year-old German Notgeld banknotes. Every lot starts at $1. To celebrate our first numismatic auction and welcome new bidders, we are offering a special $5 flat-fee US shipping for this auction regardless of the number of lots won. Items will be shipped well-protected and insured.

Bidding will be here on ElkaderAuctionHouse.com and takes place online only. You must register and have a credit card on file to bid. All credit cards will be charged immediately after auction close. A buyer's premium of 10% applies to all purchases. 

Lots end every 30 seconds beginning at 11am Central Time on Sunday, January 15th, 2023. If a bid is received in the final minute, another 2 minutes will be added to the lot's end time (soft-close). Place your maximum bid, and if you are outbid, the auction software will auto-bid for you up to your max bid.

A Preview will not be held for our numismatic auctions. If you have any questions about the lots or would like additional photographs, please contact us. Coins and currency are exempt from sales tax in the State of Iowa, however other items may require sales tax, unless we have a reseller certificate on file. Orders shipped outside Iowa will not be charged sales tax.
